Hide Vertical Panels and HTML Preview

Would be a great option to paid users to be able to hide the left to vertical panels and just leave the writing section :)

I would also love to see an HTML Preview of the Markdown.

    +1 for HTML preview of the Markdown. Also, the ability to export PDF of HTML preview of Markdown.
