I would find automatic formatting and editing for projects and tasks as in TaskPaper very useful (colon at the end of a line to indicate a project, dash and space at the beginning to indicate tasks, multiple levels within projects and easy selecting and moving of tasks be selecting entire lines. This would also work well with NoteTask on iOS.
