Add timeline-scrubbing support

I used to use EtherPad for a workshop class that I teach, and the timeline-scrubbing feature, which lets you quickly 'replay' all edits to a document, is by far the most useful feature of the platform. SimpleNote's timeline is not as useful as EtherPad's, but it would still be wonderful to have support for this feature for those of us looking to find alternatives to EtherPad's too-flaky-for-work performance.

    Perhaps this feature request could just be to provide support for the Simplenote Version History; to access past versions of notes.

    The ability to scrub through these versions would certainly be nice, but for starters, simply the ability to review/restore past versions individually would be helpful.
