You need to open another app, called Console. 

For that, open Spotlight (cmd+space or click the "search" icon in the top-right corner of your screen) and type "Console". A list of fund items will appear and most probably the Console.app will be on top. Press Enter or click-it with your mouse to launch it.

Now, Console will open, select "All log messages" in the left column (like in the attached screen capture) and type "Metanota" in the top-right search box. Select all log entries (Cmd-A), copy them to clipboard (Cmd-c) and paste them in the ticket.
